Boundaries - Taking Control Of Our lives Sermon Series!

Boundaries is about taking control of our lives, it's about being responsible to God and for ourselves, it's about setting limits, confronting sin, allowing consequences for bad behavior, guarding your life agains evil influences, inviting people in who love and affirm you, and letting people go who damage you. It's about being treated with respect and treating others with respect. It's about knowing when to let go and let God take over. Godly boundaries help us to distinguish good and bad. For the next 10 weeks we will be learning how to set good, healthy godly boundaries in our lives!

Ecclesiastes - Bible Study

Apart from a personal relationship with God any experience is truly meaningless. Solomon, the Teacher sets out to examine the value of wisdom, the value of riches, the value of work, the value of pleasure, the value of power and the value of religion. Ecclesiastes relates what the wisest man in the world learned from all he explored and it ends with one conclusion. Everything is meaningless apart from a relationship with God. Join Pastor Florita and the teaching team as they journey through Solomon's findings, and relate them to our search for significance today.

Bowery Women's Mission

Saturday July 12th, meets 6-8PM
Ladies join Pastor Florita, Pat, Mary, Liz, Claudette, Lillian and Stephanie for this outreach to the Bowery Women's Mission. We will be bringing dinner and dessert and then enjoying a bible study & prayer afterwards.

Young adults meet weekly with Pastor Benny to enjoy spiritual encouragement, get answers for life questions, prayer and ministry and fun activities around the city.
Intercessory Prayer Group
Meets Tuesdays @ 6:30PM

Weekly the intercessory prayer group meets to pray over the prayer requests and mission of Living Word Community Church. Open to all!
